Dance is my language and compass —a direct, multilayered and transformational tool to access my inner-knowing, allowing the conscious and unconscious to be felt, witness and expressed.
My Story
Growing up in Switzerland, I discovered my love for dance before I even knew how to walk. It was my way of exploring, connecting, understanding, and expressing myself in a world that often felt complex and overwhelming. Dance became my compass—a path to explore, express and ground myself with a sense of creativity and authenticity.

Defined by my family as a sensitive and creative child, my perceptions wove intricate worlds invisible to others—a sensitivity that eventually became my guiding force. Dance was not 'just' movement to me; it was the language through which I deciphered my own essence and the tapestry of the world around me in relation to others.
Following my heart, I pursued dance at the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Zurich, only to realise that I yearned for a creative space broader than tradition offered. That's when I packed my bags and headed to the Netherlands at sixteen to study contemporary dance at Codarts.
After my bachelor in dance, I took off to many different cultural adventures, performing across Europe and the Middle East. Immersed in diverse cultures, languages, and lifestyles, I absorbed the multifaceted beauty and challenges of human existence. But amidst this journey, something profound developed within me —a revelation that unveiled the transformative power of movement and the profound connection between the body, mind, and spirit as a tool for healing.
Synchronicity led me to study Dance Movement Psychotherapy, once more in the Netherlands. In parallel, my quest for ancient wisdom beckoned, leading me to the realms of shamanism. I found myself drawn to ancient healing practices, exploring the ways plants, music, and dance intertwine with our mental and spiritual well-being.
Over the last six years, my calling has led me to the corridors of various mental health institutions—from psycho-geriatric wards to acute psychiatry and specialised trauma clinics for adult, teenagers and children. It has been a humbling experience, witnessing the incredible impact movement and therapeutic practices can have on people from all walks of life. Deepening my study of dance, healing and mysticism I continue my quest through the study of the Discipline of Authentic Movement, with my dear and wonderful teacher Céline Gimbrère.
My story is a blend of dance, healing, and a continuous research of the beautiful connections between our minds, bodies, and spirits. A journey that reaffirms the transformative power within each of us and as a collective at large.
